Welcome to the pages of the international conference CREATE – SHARE –
LISTEN where we were fortunate to have some of the world’s finest speakers, thinkers and practitioners on the field of digital storytelling.
“CREATE – SHARE – LISTEN” – the 4th International Conference on Digital
Storytelling was held in the picturesque town Lillehammer, Norway –
known from the 1994 Winter Olympics – in February 2011.
At the conference more than 200 delegates met many of the leading
researchers and practitioners in the field of Digital Storytelling
worldwide and explored with them the increasing diversity of practices.
At the conference both practical and theoretical perspectives were
presented and an increasing diversity of purposes covered, such as
education, health, leisure, recreation, activism, community building and
professional communication.
The organisers consisted of a network from higher education, research,
administration and private enterprise in close cooperation with Center
for Digital Storytelling (CDS).
